Pickup Policies
Gecko Gurl offers weekly delivery and self pickup options to better help serve all customers. Days may differ depending on where you are located. Please look below to see your specific locations and times. Refer to the Home Page for all the dates of each location.
All DOA(Dead on Arrival) need to be reported with a picture of proof 24 hours after the delivery.
Pickup Options
Promptness is key!! We usually wait 5 minutes at any pick up location for you to show up, unless arrangements have been made, then I leave as I have to keep moving, please contact right away if you think you will be late or will miss a pick up. Please make sure you are at all meets on time! If you are late, that makes us late for others!

Your order can be picked up at the follow locations and time:
- Wednesday – College Square (BMO lot) @ 7:30pm
- Wednesday – Gatineau – 25 Chem. de la Savane (Tim Hortons) @ 5:30pm
- Thursday – 3467 Hawthorne Rd, Ottawa (Ultramar) @ 6pm
- Thursday – Orleans (Wendy’s Parking Lot – 3880 Innes Road @ 7:30pm
- Friday – Arnprior nofrills @ 5:30pm
- Friday – Renfrew nofrills @ 6pm
- Saturday – Kanata (Terry Fox Park and Ride lot @ 11:00pm)
- Saturday – Carleton Place (McDonalds lot @ 12:00pm)
- Saturday – Perth (Dufferin Square @ 1:00pm)
- Saturday – Smith Falls -Smith Falls Independent Grocer (25 Ferrara Drive) @ 2pm
- Saturday – Kingston – McDonald’s on Division Road/401 @ 4:00pm
Missed Pickups:
If you are not available for your scheduled pick up please let us know as soon as possible, so we can make other arrangements for another time that day or next week.
If you are a no show for a pickup order your order will be refund minus 30% restocking fee on any items unable to be resold (ie hornworms, silkworms,etc).
