Delivery Policies

Gecko Gurl offers weekly delivery and self pickup options to better help serve all customers. Days may differ depending on where you are located. Please look below to see your specific locations and times.

All DOA(Dead on Arrival) need to be reported with a picture of proof 24 hours after the delivery.

Delivery Options

Order Delivery is available to the following places. There is a fee of $5-$10 plus tax for delivery.

  • Carleton Place – Bi-weekly (Saturday)
  • Richmond – Weekly PM (Thursday)
  • Manotick – Bi-weekly PM (Thursday)
  • Ottawa – Weekly PM (Wed/Thurs)
  • Gatineau – Bi-weekly PM (Thursday)
  • Orleans – Weekly PM (Thursday)
  • Almonte Friday Bi-weekly PM
  • Perth – Bi-weekly (Saturday)
  • Smith Falls – Bi-weekly (Saturday)
  • Kingston – Bi-weekly (Saturday)
  • Rockland – Thursday PM Bi-Weekly

Ottawa Includes – Stittsville, Kanata, Nepean, Barrhaven, Gloucester, Vanier, Manotick, Osgoode, Edwards, Piperville, Greely
Orleans Includes – Blackburn Hamlet and Orleans

Pick-Up Options

Order Pickup is available to the following places. There is a fee of $3-5 plus tax to over gas of getting a driver to the location.

  • Wednesday – College Square (BMO lot) @ 7:30pm
  • Wednesday – Gatineau – 25 Chem. de la Savane (Tim Hortons) @ 6:00pm
  • Thursday – 3467 Hawthorne Rd, Ottawa (Ultramar) @ 6:00pm
  • Thursday – Orleans (Wendy’s Parking Lot – 3880 Innes Road @ 7:30pm
  • Friday – Arnprior nofrills @ 5:30pm
  • Friday – Renfrew nofrills @ 5pm
  • Saturday – Kanata (Terry Fox Park and Ride lot @ 11:00pm)
  • Saturday – Carleton Place (McDonalds lot @ 12:00pm)
  • Saturday – Perth (Dufferin Square @ 1:00pm)
  • Saturday – Smith Falls -Smith Falls Independent Grocer (25 Ferrara Drive) @ 2pm
  • Saturday – Kingston – McDonald’s on Division Road/401 @ 4:00pm

Missed Delivery:
If you are not available for your scheduled delivery please let us know as soon as possible, so we can make other arrangements for your delivery.If delivery is paid for but door is not answered during deliver the product will be left at the door.

* That delivery times can change due to conditions such as weather and traffic. We try our very best to be on time, but some situations are out of our hands and may result in us being late.

Apartment/Multi-Unit Buildings

If you live in Apartment building or a Multi-Unit building please be sure to include a buzzer code if possible. However our drivers will not deliver to apartment/unit doors. Drivers will only go as far as the entrance to the building. Drivers will call/txt before arrival.
