- All live rodents must be paid in full before NOON (12 pm) Monday.
- Live rodents are NON-REFUNDABLE
**DISCLAIMER** Live rats sizes are based on ‘best possible match’ due to the fluctuation in weight, we will always attempt to match the the size ranges listed, sometimes rats will fall outside of the stated weight range (larger or smaller), this is due to factors outside our control as breeder may select based on age not weight. Refund/Credits for under-/or oversized will not be given.
