All live rodents must be ordered by 9PM SUNDAYs.
- All live rodents must be paid in full before NOON (12pm) Monday.
- Live rodents are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Live rodents cannot be shipped, local delivery or local pickup only.
**DISCLAIMER** Live rats sizes are based on ‘best possible match’ due to the fluctuation in weight, we will always attempt to match the the size ranges listed, sometimes rats will fall outside of the stated weight range (larger or smaller), this is due to factors outside our control as breeder may select based on age not weight. Refund/Credits for under/over sized will not be given.
In the event the size of rat ordered is unavailable (and supplier sent substitutions) your order maybe substituted for the next size down, refund will be sent for the substitution only.
